An authentic recipe from the Kumaon part of India which is the land of Pahari Aloo gutke is a simple, dry potato subzi that is served as a side dish or eaten with roti (flatbread) or puri (fried flatbread). Very popular among locals, it is easily available. It is made without garlic and onion.

Mandua ki Roti

Mandua ki roti in Uttarakhand is the local term used for chapattis which are made from the cereal called Mandua. Mandua ki roti is one of the principal types of main courses native to this region and representative of the local cuisine. Bhang Ki chuteny
